Cancellation Policy

Valid photo ID must be presented at your appointment. The dental/medical suitability form must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. Full policies are available on our Terms of Service page. All appointments include a consultation and in-person suitability assessment. Completion of the medical form does not guarantee eligibility. Treatment may be declined at the practitioner’s discretion in the interest of client safety. A free consultation is available to assess suitability prior to booking treatment. Where a free consultation has been offered but not booked, an assessment fee remains applicable if treatment cannot proceed. Where PayPal Pay Later or instalment options are used, the full treatment amount is authorised at the time of booking. If treatment cannot proceed due to dental or medical unsuitability identified at assessment, the appointment will convert to a clinical assessment appointment and an assessment fee of £30 will be retained to cover practitioner time and preparation. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Clients are responsible for providing full and accurate medical and dental information. If treatment cannot proceed due to incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld disclosures, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the full appointment fee will remain chargeable. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Whitening outcomes depend on natural tooth shade, existing restorations (including crowns, veneers, bonding or fillings), lifestyle factors and adherence to aftercare. Whitening does not alter restorations. Temporary sensitivity or mild gum irritation may occur and do not constitute grounds for refund. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and will not qualify for a refund. Cancellation Policy 48+ hours: No charge (full refund where applicable) 24–48 hours: 50% retained Less than 24 hours / on the day: 100% retained Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not have sufficient time for safe treatment. If treatment cannot proceed due to late arrival, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the full fee will remain chargeable. Where instalment payments are used, approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Repayment agreements remain between the client and PayPal. By booking within 14 days, you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period once the service has commenced.
