While sensitivity is uncommon with our premium, gentle whitening gel, individuals with existing tooth sensitivity, cracked teeth, or leakage from faulty restorations may experience mild sensitivity. This typically resolves within 1 to 3 days. To minimise sensitivity, we recommend using Sensodyne toothpaste for two weeks prior to your appointment and taking an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as Panadol, before treatment. Your teeth contain tiny pores which absorb colour. After whitening, these pores can stay open for up to 3 days, so it is vital that you are careful not to consume any coloured substances. A 'White Diet' must be followed for a minimum of 48 hours following your appointment. This means it is prohibited to smoke or consume anything acidic / any dark coloured food / drink. Examples of what you may consume: milk, water, bread, cheese, pasta with white sauce, colourless cereal such as Weetabix / Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, banana, salmon, white fish, boiled rice etc.

If you would like to lift your shade as much as possible, we recommend a top up after 4-6 weeks. If you would like to maintain the shade we have achieved in the first session, we recommend to top up between 3-6 months.
