Cancellation Policy

Valid photo ID must be presented at your appointment. The FACES medical form must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. Full policies are available on our Terms of Service page. All appointments include a consultation and in-person suitability assessment. Completion of the medical form does not guarantee eligibility. Treatment may be declined at the practitioner’s discretion in the interest of client safety. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of treatment. If treatment cannot proceed due to medical unsuitability identified at assessment, the appointment will convert to a clinical assessment appointment and an assessment fee of £40 will be retained. If the deposit exceeds £40, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the deposit is less than £40, the difference will be payable. Clients are responsible for providing full and accurate medical information. If treatment cannot proceed due to incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld disclosures, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the full appointment fee will remain chargeable. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required. Outcomes depend on individual response, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Temporary swelling, tenderness, bruising and inflammation are common and do not constitute grounds for refund. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and will not qualify for a refund. Clients who are unwell must notify us promptly. One illness-related late reschedule per 12 months is permitted; thereafter, standard cancellation fees apply. Cancellation Policy 48+ hours: No charge (deposit transferable) 24–48 hours: 50% of treatment fee chargeable Less than 24 hours / on the day: 100% of treatment fee chargeable Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not have sufficient time for safe treatment. If treatment cannot proceed due to late arrival, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the full appointment fee will remain chargeable. By booking within 14 days, you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period once the service has commenced.
