Cancellation Policy

Your Lashes Please ensure your natural lashes are healthy and suitable for treatment (no significant damage, gaps, or alopecia). If unsure, please send clear photos or contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Consultation All appointments include a professional consultation and suitability check. Treatment will only proceed if your natural lashes are suitable. If treatment cannot go ahead due to unsuitable lashes, the appointment will convert to a consultation and the £20 deposit will be retained. Payments A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from the final balance. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of treatment. Booking confirms you have read and agreed to our full Terms of Service. Illness If you are unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. One illness-related late reschedule per 12 months is permitted; thereafter, standard cancellation fees apply. Cancellation Policy 48+ hours: No charge (deposit transferable) 24–48 hours: 50% of treatment fee chargeable Less than 24 hours / same day: 100% of treatment fee chargeable If cancellation fees exceed the deposit paid, the remaining balance will be invoiced and must be settled before future bookings. Late Arrival Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not have sufficient time for treatment. This may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Retention & Aftercare Lash retention varies between individuals and depends on natural lash cycle and aftercare. No refunds are given for normal shedding or failure to follow aftercare advice.
