Your Lashes: Please ensure your natural lashes are healthy and suitable for treatment (no damage, gaps, or alopecia). If you’re unsure, send us photos or get in touch at least 48 hours before your appointment. Consultation: Every appointment includes a professional consultation. Treatment will only go ahead if your lashes are suitable. If not, the session will be charged as a consultation. Payments & Policies: We securely store your card on file. Booking confirms you’ve read and agree to our full policies on our Terms of Service page. Feeling Unwell? If you’re sick, please let us know. If you are unwell, your treatment will not go ahead. One illness-related late reschedule per year is free; after that, standard cancellation fees apply. Cancellation Fees: 48+ hours: free 24–48 hours: 50% Less than 24 hours / same day: 100% Your card will be charged accordingly. If a payment fails, the balance must be paid via invoice or bank transfer. New appointments can only be booked once all outstanding balances are cleared.
