Service Description

Cancellation Policy
Your card will be securely saved on file. Valid ID must be presented at your appointment, and the emailed FACES medical form must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. Full policies are available on our Terms of Service page. All appointments include a consultation and assessment. Treatment will only proceed if deemed suitable. If treatment cannot proceed, the appointment becomes a paid consultation and the full appointment fee is chargeable. This is separate from our standalone consultation, which is only for pre-checks. If unsure of suitability, contact us before booking or at least 48 hours in advance. Booking fees are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made on our end. Clients who are unwell cannot be treated and must notify us promptly. One illness-related late reschedule per year is free; thereafter, standard cancellation fees apply. Cancellation Fees: 48 hours: no charge 24–48 hours: 50% <24 hours/on the day: 100% Your card on file will be charged for any applicable cancellation fees. If payment fails, the balance must be settled via invoice or bank transfer.
